30-day free returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your print free of charge. We send a prepaid return shipping label, and issue a full refund to the original payment method once the returned print is received.

There is no return-shipping charge and no restocking fee. Please return prints in original condition and, whenever possible, in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email Contact@CosmosFineArt.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will send your prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins, up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or defective orders

Damage or defect claims must be reported within seven days after delivery. Please keep all packaging and send photos of the damaged item and packaging to Contact@CosmosFineArt.com.
