Production and delivery

Every Cosmos Fine Art print is made to order. Saturday, Sunday, and observed holidays do not count as production days. Standard formats through 30 x 60 typically allow up to 2 business days for production, followed by 5 business days of complimentary Standard Shipping. Oversized formats 36 x 36 and larger use complimentary Economy Shipping; current contiguous U.S. estimates are typically about 9 business days from purchase.

Clear timing by format: most standard formats typically arrive in about 7 business days from purchase; 36 x 36 and larger typically arrive in about 9 business days.

How timing is counted: production is measured in business days. Carrier delivery can occur on a Saturday in some areas, but weekend delivery does not reduce a quoted business-day estimate. *Carrier routing, weather, holidays, and cross-border clearance can extend the estimate. The delivery option shown at checkout is the operative estimate for your address.

Faster delivery

When a faster carrier service is available for the selected size and destination, it appears as a paid option at checkout. We do not label a service as expedited or express unless a confirmed rate is available for that specific order.

30-day free returns

Bring the print home with confidence. You have 30 days from delivery to return your print free of charge. We send a prepaid return shipping label, and issue a full refund to the original payment method once the returned print is received.

Shipping areas

Cosmos Fine Art currently ships to the United States and Canada. For shipments outside the United States, duties, brokerage charges and taxes are not included in our shipping charge. Cosmos Fine Art is not responsible for any potential charges that may be incurred at the border; customers are responsible for them.

Delivery issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If your package appears damaged on arrival, keep the packaging and contact us within seven days of delivery at Contact@CosmosFineArt.com.
